Hello! I’m Molly Arnett. Originally from the heart of Alabama and a proud Auburn University graduate, my culinary journey took a transformative turn when I was diagnosed with celiac disease. Suddenly, eating became about more than just flavor—it became about health, wellness, and mindful nourishment.
Determined to show that gluten-free food can be vibrant, flavorful, and truly satisfying, I pursued my culinary passion in New York, graduating from the Institute of Culinary Education with a focus on specialty, health-forward cooking. Today, I combine my love for wellness-driven ingredients with my expertise in creating 100% gluten-free, mostly organic, and thoughtfully sourced dishes, delivering meals that are as nourishing as they are delicious.
Now based in the beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, I create delicious, 100% gluten-free dishes that are mostly organic, thoughtfully sourced, and whenever possible, seed-oil free. My work has been highlighted by exciting experiences, including an appearance on Food Network’s Chopped, and I’m proud to have been voted Best Gluten-Free Chef on the Emerald Coast—a recognition that celebrates my commitment to flavor, wellness, and intentional cooking.
I believe in the power of food to nourish both the body and the soul. Whether I’m crafting innovative recipes, designing immersive dining experiences, or sharing my knowledge with others, my goal is to make every bite delicious, thoughtful, and nourishing.
